On December 4, 2018 marked the memorable and most anticipated celebration of 39th LIWAD anniversary. Through the initiative of BOD Chairperson Editha C. Mosquera, MD and leadership of GM Wilfredo G. Sanchez, we have come up to a simultaneous activity. The day started with a mass offering commemorated by Rev. Fr. Giulio L. Belarmino, DCT at Lianga-Provincial Jail after which the lunch was serve for 143 Inmates, 22 BJMP Personnel, & 7 Augmented Personnel; through School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) the 151 pupils of Lianga Central Elementary School benefited 2 sets of meals sponsored by the agency; and lunch for LIWAD family was also provided to complete the celebration.
The joined effort and participation of LIWAD BODs, management, and staff and with the collaboration of other agencies resulted to a very satisfied stomach, for at least every year there was charity ingenuity of LIWAD that will not only focus on services but also to put smiles in the faces of our mankind.
